amazing central stay
helpful staff daily cleaning great location
The location worked wonderfully for exploring. the staff was helpful, especially with local recommendations, and i appreciated their attention to detail. the room was super clean. I noticed it was cleaned daily with fresh towels and linens!
The elevator service seemed a bit slow. Sometimes, i experienced a longer than expected wait.

The front desk staff offered prompt, efficient assistance with directions and reservations. They also provided a seamless check-in process! the staff helped make dinner reservations. This was excellent.

My room had hardwood floors and minimalist furnishings. It felt luxurious. The bathroom had both handheld and rain shower options! mood lighting contributed to the ambiance, and the toto-style toilet included advanced features.

The hotel featured two restaurants, one serving local cuisine and another offering japanese dishes. Both establishments provided excellent food and service! the lobby was chic and included a view.

easy access excellent pressure helpful staff
the location provided very easy access to the train network, we did not require any taxis. the shower in my room had excellent water pressure. the staff were uniformly helpful.
the sink area in the bathroom felt a bit tight.
